To accomplish this, GMAC Home Services calls on its own real estate, relocation and mortgage divisions, its relationship with parent company General Motors, as well as the strengths of sister companies such as GMAC Mortgage. As a result of these vast 
resources, GMAC Home Services can bring added services and cost savings to consumers and an industry that's long been promised, "one-stop shopping."
